Our Community
Established in 2006, the Condominiums At Georgetowne Lake is set among the tranquil Pines and Magnolias of old Florida, on an 11-acre property. Each unit is privately owned and the community itself features a beautiful pool nestled among the Pines. Also, on the property for our homeowners is a private tennis court and fitness room.
Georgetowne Lake Condominiums is conveniently located near the I-95 and I-4 Interchanges. It is easily accessible to Tanger Outlets, Volusia Mall, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical, Bethune-Cookman, and Daytona State Universities.
Just a few miles away from the property is Daytona International Airport, the Daytona Speedway, Daytona One, and Cobb Theatres. Georgetowne Lake embodies “ease of life” and a place where coming home is a comfortable lifestyle.
